All claims should be reported directly to Dunfield using Acord Claim forms.  Please do not report directly to the carrier as this may delay the process.  Upon receipt of the claim report, Dunfield will promptly forward the claim to the applicable party for the carrier.  The carrier will then contact the insured for any additional information needed.

Dunfield does not handle claims internally, rather, they are forwarded promptly to the appropriate carrier for handling.  If any questions arise regarding the handling of any claim, they should be addressed to Dunfield until an adjuster is assigned and contacts the insured.  Once contacted, feel free to communicate with the adjusting party directly.
